We are looking to hire a full time farm manager to take our NibbleScapes farm to the next level. Our farm operation produces:
- Vegetables
- Fruits
- Berries
- Mushroom production
The farm manager will be responsible for:
- Overseeing the farm operations
- Ensuring that grow beds are productive
- Participating in the farm markets
- Overseeing marketing efforts
- Employment of assistance
- Budgeting and Asset Management
- All other tasks related to running a productive business.
Compensation:
We are aiming for a base pay of $1500 a month + 10% commission from profit of the farm. The more profitable the farm is – the more you earn! Don’t miss out this opportunity. Commission is paid while you are working with us and running operations successfully.
Type of employment:
This is a contract position. It can be changed to a full-time employment opportunity in future, but at this time this is a contract only.
